Kalispell Regional Medical Center has several exciting opportunities for LCSW’s in different departments within our organization, including Pathways Treatment Center, Adult Services at the Newman Center, and Integrated Behavioral Health within our CPC+ program. PRN and fulltime positions available with excellent benefit packages.

Responsibilities:

  1. Supervision and evaluation of all clinical staff.
  2. Contributes to effective implementation of program.
  3. Provides therapy services if necessary.
  4. Participates in Performance Improvement Activities.
  5. Develops/coordinates clinical and educational activities.
  6. Communicates effectively with referral sources, families and customers.

Qualifications:

  1. Current Montana LCSW licensure
  2. Master’s Degree in Social Work or related counseling field.
  3. Experience with working collaboratively with families, physicians, and agencies. Must have the ability and skills in establishing and maintaining working relationships with families, coworkers, and other professionals and all collaborative partners in the community
  4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, required.
  5. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in mental health treatment programs or substance abuse. Experience with primary care patients preferred.
  6. Knowledge of evidenced based practice and experience in assessment, crisis assessment, brief therapies, and clinical case management.
  7. Previous experience with electronic medical record (EMR).

LCSW Needed!

Townsend, MT


This position is a member of the provider community and provides medically-related social services and case management. The population served by this position includes hospital patients, clinic patients and residents within long term care. The individual in this position provides therapy services to individuals, families, and groups. The position must be flexible and provide emergent call availability after hours.

The LCSW is a full-time salaried senior clinician responsible for the clinical management of client needs (youth and adults) in the clinic and managing a caseload to address the treatment needs of individuals living with serious mental health issues, co-occurring substance use disorders, trauma, primary health conditions, and criminal justice histories. The LCSW, along with the Clinic Director will be responsible for fielding referral calls and assigning intakes to appropriate staff.
